The Glassbreakers Tournament of Champions is a standalone competitive tournament operated by Virtual Athletics League (VAL).

This event is designed for players who want to test their strategy against others, for seasoned vets aiming for the podium or new players wanting to experience competitive play and earn a unique cosmetic for participating.

Matches are coordinated asynchronously through Discord, making it easy to compete without committing to long play sessions or fixed times.

  • Who can participate?
    The tournament is open to players on Meta Quest and Steam. Players from all regions are welcome, though matches are primarily scheduled around NA/EU time zones.
  • Do I need to be highly ranked or experienced to join?
    No. This tournament includes an open group stage and is open to players of all skill levels. You only need to play at least one official match to earn the participation cosmetic.
  • How are matches scheduled?
     Matches are coordinated directly between players through the official tournament platform or Discord. Tournament Organizers are available to assist if issues arise.
  • What do I need to do to earn the participation cosmetic?
     Complete at least one official tournament match during group play.
  • Is this tournament live or async?
    Matches are played synchronously, but scheduled asynchronously, allowing players to coordinate times that work for them.
  • Who runs the tournament?
